Accessibility statement for Ebor Exam
Prepared on 4 October 2026
Ebor Exam is run by Ebor Labs. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, including people who sit assessments with assistive technology.
How accessible it is. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. It is partially compliant: we have checked some of the main screens ourselves, and some parts are known not to meet the standard yet. They are listed below.
What we have checked. On the screens we checked, the control you are on is outlined, form fields have names a screen reader can read, and images have descriptions. The pages work on a phone. Your training provider can give you extra time, and the platform applies it for you.
What does not yet meet the standard, or has not been checked.
- The PDF certificate and reports are not tagged, so a screen reader may read them poorly. The same details are on the certificate's check page, which a screen reader can read.
- We have not yet tested with screen readers, by keyboard alone from start to finish, or at 400% zoom.
- We have not yet checked the screens for writing questions, watching a live session, taking the photo check, or sitting the assessment itself.
If you need something in another form, or find a problem, email exam@eborlabs.com. We will reply within five working days. If your assessment is soon, say so, and tell your training provider as well, who can arrange extra time or another way to sit it.
This statement was prepared on 4 October 2026, after our own check of some of the main screens on 4 October 2026. We will review it at least once a year and whenever the platform changes significantly.
